All prices are listed in euros (€)

The full invoiced amount must be received in euros, with any bank or transfer fees paid by the client.

• Wise
  Recommended for clients outside the EU.
  Payments can be sent in USD or EUR through Wise and are automatically converted to euros upon arrival.

• PayPal
  Available on request. Any transaction fees are covered by the client.

Invoicing and tax

Invoices are issued in euros (€).
Kropals j.d.o.o. is not included in the Croatian VAT (PDV) system.
Invoices are sent electronically unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms

Payment is due in advance or by the due date shown on the invoice.
Services start once payment confirmation is received.
Late payments may include statutory default interest.
